Long term skill shortage list work visa provides for a clear path towards the grant of resident status. You would need the qualifications, work experience, and occupational registration in a profession that is listed under the long term skills shortage list. You must have worked in the job for which you got the visa for a minimum period of 2 years.
You must be aged 55 or under to apply for this visa. You will be allowed to work for a total of 30 months under the provisions of this visa.

As an applicant, you would have to meet many criteria.
